'Validate address' for Contact 3 does not work

Trying to register my child for TDSB French Immension Kindergarten. Tried to add 'Contact 3' but 'Validate address' button is greyed out even after entering all correct address information. I am now stuck because I cannot reset the Contact 3 information...

If you are attempting to edit information in a field, but the field remains greyed-out, we recommend you review the article: Information is Incorrect and Can’t be Changed, to review the resolutions provided.
