Unable to submit registration due to birth date error

I am enrolling my son in kindergarten for the first time and the site will not allow me to submit saying the birthdate I entered does not make him 5 by the school start date. He's been 5 since 10/2017 🤔 Is there a data entry error in the form that was missed? If i change his birthday to 2016 it "accepts" that he is 5. I've included a photo verifying I've entered the birthdate in the correct format. Anyone know who else I can contact for help/troubleshooting?

Good Day! I am sorry to hear that you are facing an inconvenience due to this issue. As mentioned in the error warning highlighted in red. Your child has to be 5 years old on or before 08/31/2022. The enrollment forms are designed based on the requirements set by your school district. I recommend reaching out to the enrollment section of your school district as they should be in a better position to assist you further with this.
