Unable to Enroll a Current Student

I was successfully able to add my youngest as a new student through the HAC portal.  Was able to successfully recover my account and change my password, but when I try to register a current student, the system does not recognize my information.  Please help!!

The PowerSchool Community is a great resource if you have any changes to be made while completing fields within the enrollment form. Each district, however, has a different registration process and can provide the best steps to move forward when enrolling students. 


When you are registering a returning student, the process is different than registering a new student. Please verify that you are using a link within HAC for your returning student that was provided by your school/district.


If the link is not available for your returning student, I suggest you reach out to the school/district directly to inquire about this because they would surely be able to determine and fix the necessary link.
