Snap code??

I am trying to enroll my son in school. To begin, I need a "snap code"

When I click help, it says, "To obtain your student's snapcode you must sign into your PowerSchool parent portal and click on the School Bulletin."

Nowhere in the PowerSchool page do I see anywhere whatsoever anything that resembles "School Bulletin."

So where do I get the snap code, and why is this necessary? Is it really necessary to make it this annoyingly complex just to enroll a student in public school?

No Snapcode
