Returning student : I can't access

I have two kids and I received emails for returning students.

However, when I clicked the left menu "2020-21 returning student registration, I cannot access. I got this message.

What should I do ? I need help.

I am sorry you are experiencing difficulties accessing the Enrollment form. I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district who should be able to work with our support teams to resolve this and assist you in enrolling your child in school.
