I realize this is part of state law, but state law also allows you to OPT OUT of this reporting and our family has done so. I feel extremely frustrated EVERY YEAR that the only option to this question is a required "YES". Why not have an option that says "Our family has opted out of this" and allow for an upload of the form signed and returned by the state if you don't want to believe them. Or just give the option of NO.
This section is always signed under duress, and it really doesn't need to be! Just GIVE AN OPTION since it is a drop down!
