I have been trying to enroll my child as a returning student for the last week. After I log in I keep getting this message: Unable to locate record with matching ID. Unable to locate a roster record in Powerschool enrollment with a matching student ID.
I called the enrollment hotline and all of my childs information is correct including his student ID. I was able to register my middle school child but unable to register my elementary school child. I was told to contact the tech hotline only to be told they can only reset my password and told me to call enrollment. This is frustrating.
