Based on your description, it sounds like the school district updated the student's date of birth but has not yet removed the hold from the record. I would suggest reaching out to the school district to request the hold be removed from the record.
If you are attempting to register multiple students, make sure that you are entering the date of birth for the correct student. Each student has a different snapcode associated with their record, so that student's specific date of birth must be entered in order to access the form.
