A comment from the Knowledgebase Article: How-To-Add-Students-to-the-Parent-Portal
Account preferences does not even show up on my account. it just shows a SAD FACE. How am I supposed to see information for BOTH of my children.

Would you please try clearing the cache and cookies or switching your browser and then log into your parent account to verify that you get the option for Account Preference?
If not, please share a screenshot of the page you are seeing or any error message that you are receiving.
