Opportunity for 1x1 problem solving

This is about school registration -- not looking for a github solution. I want someone to hand hold me through this process as I've spent 2 hours combing through 'solutions' only to find dead-ends.

I don't want a community to rally around registering kids. I want answers, solutions, and time with professionals who should know what the heck is going on this this buggy, thrown-together implementation.

How do I get that?
