Is there an error on the emergency section of the form? I clear the error and the Next button does n

I get an error on the emergency section of the form,

specifically that if relationship to student is "other" you have to specify what it is, I already filled the box, change the "other" to another relationship option, but the Next button does not work, not even the previous. Even when the form has no more errors
