High school enrollment for student moving from Singapore to Wake County

Hi,

My family will be relocating to Wake County in Dec 2021 from Singapore. I want to enrol my sons to high school for the year 2021-2022. 

My children are on Green card and want to know can I use the enrolment form provided to start the enrolment now itself?  Is there entrance exam they have to give for grade 11 and grade 7.

Is there only 1 base school for a given address? 

Any help in general admission process and how to go about it will be helpful.
