Good morning!
We are encountering the following issue when attempting to deliver data from Enrollment to SIS:
Years and terms have already been set up in the target SIS, to the point that course sections have been created. It does not appear to be that a current school year term is missing, just that the enrollment portal can't find it.
Is this an issue that needs to be resolved in the Enrollment portal, or the SIS?
Can this be handled by a user, or is specialist support required?
