Can't "see" second child in family in powerschool

When I try to add a student in Powerschool, it tells me the name I entered is already associated with my parent/gaurdian account.  My problem then is that I can't access her anywhere in PowerSchool.  Her name does not appear anywhere for me to click on.  How do I access her info in PowerSchool?

It sounds like you have not yet added your second student to your PowerSchool Parent Portal account. If you have already received your student's Access ID and password for the Parent Portal, you can follow our instructions on how to add your student here: https://help.powerschool.com/t5/Enrollment-Registration-Account/Adding-Students-to-the-Parent-Portal...

If you have not yet received your student's Access ID and password, I would suggest reaching out to your school district to receive that information. Once you have done so, follow the steps in the above article to add your student.
