15 digit Snap Code only worked once

Hello,

I was able to submit the student consent form, but was not able to get back in via the snapcode link (or by inserting the snapcode outside the link) to fill out the medical form.  Do I need a new snapcode??  Not sure why I can't get back in.  I did time out after submitting my first form and not logging out.  Would that have complicated things?
