Hi there,
I'm having an issue updating the information for my daughter. It has all the correct information for our home address and contact information but when scrolling down to the school information it has her still at her middle school and in 8th grade. She did graduate and is suppose to be assigned to her high school which I choiced her into before the school year ended.
Is there any way I can edit this on my own? I've called the support line yesterday before 4pm and they haven't called me back yet.
