I recommend clearing the cache and cookies from the browser. To clear cache/cookies in Chrome, press CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE --> select the time range of "All Time" --> check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" as well as "Cached Images and Files" --> click "Clear data". Then please close down the browser and reopen to load the site.
