We are having a bit of difficulty with pinpointing exactly how to route the workflow for a form used for new hires in Records. It is a notification containing work email address and technology login information, but we would like to have our internal departments enter this information before the new hire can view it. As of right now, the new hire can view it before the fields have been filled out by IT, making it quite confusing for the user. Any suggestions?

We recommend changing the person it's assigned to when creating the checklist initially and have the second be the new hire in the workflow. This will help you to enter the information before the new hire can view it.
