Who should the school contact if they want to purchase a new product or add a new service?
Answer
- For new product purchases, please contact your Account Manager. To find your Account Manager’s contact information Log in to PowerSchool Community, Navigate to the Customer Connect tab, Select Support, View the My PowerSchool Contacts section (Note: Accessible to Technical Contacts only)
- For additional services, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) is your primary point of contact. To contact Customer Success, use the PowerSchool Assistant. This is the best path to find answers and create a Success case to connect with the team. If you're already in the Assistant, continue the conversation and you will get an option to contact our Success team. To help us support you efficiently, please include relevant details such as any approved budget or the specific solutions you're interested in.
