How can we request changes to the quote (e.g., Bill-to/Ship-to address)?
Answer
For assistance with any of the following changes, please use the PowerSchool Assistant to contact your Renewals Manager directly. This is the best path to find answers and create a Success case to connect with the team. If you're already in the Assistant, continue the conversation and you will get an option to contact our Renewals team. You can request the following changes before signing the quote or submitting payment:
- License Quantity Adjustments: Provide a screenshot of your current license counts to support the request.
- Bill-to/Ship-to Address Updates: Share the updated address details for accurate invoicing and delivery.
- End Date Adjustments: While start dates cannot be modified, the end date can be prorated to align with your needs.
