How can I request an account review?

 

Answer

To request an account review, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM). They can help evaluate your current product usage, training needs, support history, and overall account health to ensure you're getting the most value from your PowerSchool solutions.  If you're unsure how to contact your CSM or the Customer Success Team, log into the PowerSchool Community, navigate to the Customer Connect tab, and select Success (accessible to Technical Contacts only).
