trouble logging in

my daughter has had trouble for 3 weeks logging to do her school with options charter school, I can't get any one to answer and this was before there spring break.

yes even to the vice principal multiples times

I should have asked...What program is she trying to log into? PowerSchool?

it is actually options charter school

Is she trying to access their website? I guess I am not completely understanding what exactly she is trying to log into? Can you please provide the website?

she does school with option charter school, her login was working to do her schooling

however for the past few weeks, her login is not working to log in for school

Is she trying to log into a specific website? If so, what is the website link? I have a feeling this has nothing to do with PowerSchool, but won't know unless I can see where she is trying to login.
