tons of questions

I am the school nurse so all my questions are for the health management section.  First when Im entering immunizations and exemptions the icons do not show up.  How do I make the icons show up by the vaccine aws its supposed to?   Second when Im entering health concerns...I added some health concerns to the list and when I try to add it to a childs chart I get an error code.  I went to our inhouse tech guy and he looked at it and said I had everything entered correctly so why am I getting this error code?  Third...I entered some health concerns on the wrong child and now cant delete them.  How do I delete?  Im getting SO frustrated someone Please help me!!

Thank you for your patience while we were working on this.

To assist you further, would you please let us know what are the expected icons that didn't show up after entering immunizations and exemptions?  It would be great if you could share the error message/code as well that you were getting when adding health concerns to a student. 

You should be able to remove the health concerns from a student using the "view/modify/delete" option.  If you are unable to see this, we recommend checking if you have the right permissions set up.

on immunizations...at the bottom of the page are little icons that show out of compliance, exempted or optional...none of those show up by the immunizations where they are supposed to.  and no matter where I look on health concerns there is no view/modify/delete.  So I will go talk to my tech support again
