technical contact - need access asap.

We need an update on this asap.  Amy Battisti was able to remove Gail but then could not add me in her place.

I just got technical contact access but I still can't initiate a support chat due to lack of access.  Can you please check this for me?

Hi @saschawarner,

Thank you for your question. You were recently added as a Technical Contact for your school district but it can take upto 24 hours for your access to get updated on the Community. I recommend allowing the same, post which you should be able to access the Chat Support option.
