sftp error

I am getting the following error when trying to connect to a particular SFTP server (Follett Destiny). 

psx.ftl.admin_pluginconsole.test_remote_connection.connect.protocol

I am able to connect to the sftp server using CyberDuck on a mac with the same credentials that I am using in Powerschool so I am not sure where the problem lies.

We are having the same issue connecting to Follett with the same error message!  Does anyone have any ideas/solutions?

I just got my ticket back from Follett, it is a known issue on their end that they are working to resolve.
