The Talent Ed page tells me to click on electronic signature statement, I keep getting Error 505 and it does not allow me to finish my resignation - HELP
I recommend clearing the cache and cookies from the browser. To clear cache/cookies in Chrome, press CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE --> select the time range of "All Time" --> check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" as well as "Cached Images and Files" --> click "Clear data". Then please close down the browser and reopen it to load the site.
You can also try using a different browser and see if the error still occurs. In case the issue persists, it would be helpful if you could specify which TalentED product are you referring to and share a screenshot of the error, for us to investigate further.
