powerschool performances

Hello All,

 

We are using powerschool SIS and it is been so slow and when we navigate our page it takes too long to load pages. whether via the school internet connection or homes ' one, the issue is the same.

 

Any help please ?

Hello JyotishkaB,

 

It is not only about one page and it is happening sporadically and almost all the times when accessed with teacher account not admin. Do you think because we are still on 21.4.2 ?

Attendance by seating chart has been hanging for our teachers in version 21.4.5. We opened a ticket with support a few weeks ago but heard nothing yet.

We are also hearing complaints regarding the seating charts loading slowly since we upgraded to PS 21.4.5.

The attendance page loads quickly but is greyed out for about 15 seconds until the grid and photos come into view where you can start to interact with the page.

Yes, the seating chart is very slow (60 seconds or more) to load with the 21.4.5 upgrade. My teachers are complaining as well.

As we have received multiple reports on the issues with Seating Chart grays out, we have reported it to the development team and they are investigating this further to troubleshoot the cause.  We appreciate your patience while we are working on a resolution.  We recommend working with the PowerSchool SIS Support team through a case for further updates.
