With SwiftReach, how do you notify more than one parent?  As of right now, only one parent is notified.

Click on the SwiftReach K12 Link and then click on "Settings".  From there, scroll down towards the bottom and in the left corner, you will see a box labeled "System Settings".  Click on "Alert Categories"--this is where you can configure categories with the contacts you wish the alerts to go to!  For example, we have a category for "Elementary Report Cards" and we have created it so that contacts 1-4 receive the email.  We have another category for attendance letters that only go to contact 1 and 2.  I hope this helps a little!

Thank you!   We have so many "specialized" fields that were set up by our IT guys years ago.   That is what is messing us up.   Example, Dad's cell number, nope, they changed it to read Primary Custodial parent spouse.    Thanks for your answer.
