login to chrome

Can't get signed in to Chrome.  Entered what we thought was the email and password but it isn't recognizing it.  Tried to use the "forgot user name" function but it says information is not found.

We do not remember her login information for chrome. How do we get that.  We have tried what we think it is but it doesn't work.
