I am a developer working with School Districts and Transportation Contractors trying to integrating data transfer processes between our transportation planning software and multiple Student Information Systems. We have accomplished this in the past with the use of APIs and web calls to gather the needed information from the student systems.
We have recently been requested to have a working product to allow communication between the eSchoolPlus system and BusBoss. We have successfully integrated one mutual customer already but are now having issues with credentials that worked in the past; also having issues with the connection credentials this new customer has provided to us. Is there any documentation for the APIs used for eSchoolPlus and/or OneRoster for eSchoolPlus?
There are Designated Support Contacts within each district that can assist you with how-to questions and troubleshooting steps for PowerSchool products. I recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contacts who should be able to assist you with the API documentation.
Would the school districts whom have the eSchoolPLUS Information Systems have this contact information? If not how would I go about finding the contact inforamtion?
