eSchool Plus - Classes / Learning ?

Hello!  I am new to eSchool and the bulk of my job is running reports in eSchool. I have been using SIS Help in eSchool, but it only covers so much.  

Is there a YouTube video channel I can subscribe to where I can watch tutorials, classes, webinars? 

Does PS offer: Classes I can take? webinars? PS University? but one that focuses on the Data Processing side of eSchool - not Administrators/Teachers/I.T.? 

Feeling lost and needing some help. Thank you!

Community offers resources like knowledgebase articles where you can find more information. The knowledge base articles are limited to Designated Support Contacts in the district. If you would like to view more resources in the community and learn about running reports in eSchool, I recommend reaching out to one of the Designated Support Contacts of your school district to request access.

You can also email businessoperations@powerschool.com and PowerSchool will work with your school district to request the role is added to your PowerSchool account on your behalf.

Thank you for your reply. I have the access I need in eSchool, as part of my new position, but I'm looking for training classes or videos. I need to learn the "how to" part of my job. I'm finding most of the knowledge base articles are more specific to the needs of teachers and administrators.  Not data processors who run the day to day operating reports.

You can find more information on what's in the Online Help. If you would like to learn more by attending training classes, I recommend reaching out to one of the Designated Support Contacts of your school district who should be able to help you with the training resources.

Use the eSchoolPlus Quick Guides whose link is found on the bottom of the eSchoolPlus site. There is a quick guide by module. Also in the help section search for reports in each Module. You will find your answer the more you dig.

I also teach new Administrators & Counselors to run each report in all there permuntations. Read them, and save the ones you find in a binder or scan then into 'Your favorite reports' folder. Always log statistics so that you know what options you chose. Constructive Playtime.

Unfortunately, PowerSchool discontinued eLearningPlus which had on-line tutorials. The product was developing too fast.

@Jim10528  Thank you so much for your message.  I am very interested in finding the Quick Guides and Modules, I am on the eSchool Plus website: powerschool.com , is that the correct website you are referring to?  If not, could you please advise? I am not locating them. Thank you!!

The documents to which I referred are in the help screens within the eSchoolPlus SIS itself. They are not on the PowerSchool Website. Just click the '?' in the upper right.
