digital signature won't send - red signature box

Does anyone know a way to send IEP document to signers when one of the signature boxes is red?

It won't let me opt out that one red signer, nor let me send to anyone else who does have a valid email address.

To assist you further, would you please elaborate on what you mean by the red signature box? Please share a screenshot of the same removing any personal data, so that we can look into it.
