confirming information through parent portal

what is the best and most efficient way to have parents annually confirm their address and other bus transportation related questions for districts using PS who do not have ecollect or other electronic enrollment. Is there any other native way through the portal?

@Summersx3  If you know anything about customizations, you could create your own custom form on the parent portal. Otherwise, prior to us using PS Enrollment, we did paper and pencil.
