attendance audit

Hello, my name is Jo.  I am looking for help on running attendance for a specific grade for incintives.  Is there a way to run a report for attendance than can combine attendance for 2 school years?  Or can it only be ran for 1 school year at a time?

Thanks,

Hi,

Currently, the option to combine Attendance data across multiple schools in a district in a single report is not built into PowerSchool SIS.  This is because each school has its Attendance Preferences, FTEs, Attendance Conversions, Calendar Setup, Bell Schedules, Days & Periods, Years & Terms, and Attendance Codes.

A way to get attendance reports across multiple schools is to run individual reports and combine them externally using tools such as MS Excel.

Good Morning,

Thank you for that information.  I am only running attendance for 1 school.  I want my report to contain attendance for 1-15 students for 2-3 school years.

Ex.  John Downs attendance for 9th, 10th, and 11th grade combined that show how many absenses/tardies he had throughout those grades.

Is there a way to pull a report with that content?

Hello @Jmoffett2020,

In PowerSchool SIS, the option of running a report to pull attendance for any student is currently limited by a school year, since the calculations are based on attendance preferences which are year-specific.

I have submitted a feature request on your behalf to the PowerSchool SIS product team to incorporate the attribute of creating a multi-year attendance report.
