A school district that we have been working with provided us access to their AtrieveERP TEST instance (URL of their webservice as well as the credentials) so that we can test sending journal entries from our application into their AtrieveERP. We were also provided the webservice specification (see attached document).
Following the example webservice request (from the documentation), we tested the district's webservice by sending a similar SOAP request (using Postman API client)
But the response we receive is gibberish code that doesn't tell us anything wrong with our request
We know that the credentials are correct because we were getting a 401 Unauthorized response if we didn't put the correct username/password for the webservice
We believe that we're most likely sending incorrect values for the productKey, batchType or glNo tags
If so, how do we retrieve the productKey, batchType and the correct glNo values?
Any help would be appreciated
