I have an applicant who is trying to complete her application but when she gets to the reference section and she enters her references, she gets a blue circle and nothing populates. She is unable to complete the application. She has tried mulitiple times and always gets the same results. Her name is Sarah. She was able to put an application in back in November for one of our positions but now she is trying to enter her information for another position and it won't allow her to. Please advise.
