We see that the article that you are trying to access is an admin article.  Currently, only Designated Support Contacts have access to admin resources in the community.  I recommend reviewing this article for the common reasons that you may receive a message that you do not have access to a resource and the process to request the access.

this does not help. Why make many articles for  admin access only , we have purchased many support, but due to the size of people of our district, the support contacts have been given to others who used more often like School users. I am an admin but I don't have access to troubleshoot.
