Your sign on could not be processed by PowerSchool.

We are receiving User Unknown error when the user is trying to get into Parent Portal thru our LMS application SSO setup. We verified the configuration and account setup all seems to be fine. One of the parent is able to login successfully but the other one fails. Any lead woud be appreciated.

Hi! @mmaharajan,

 

There might be a misalignment of data on the user.  I recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contacts within the district who should be able to assist you further.
