Year and Terms dates in PowerTeacher Pro do not reflect the term dates in PS

The dates in our PowerSchool account for years and terms are correct; however, they are not reflected in the dates on PowerTeacher Pro. How do I fix this issue?

@lpearsall Reporting Terms in PowerTeacher Pro are setup at Setup>School>Final Grade/Reporting Term Setup or

School Management>Create Final Grade and Reporting Term

Reporting Terms are what teachers see in PT Pro. See attached.
