Yahoo/Outlook emails

We use enrollment express and have parents that register their children with a yahoo or outlook email address.  Those email addresses are not getting our automated emails we have set up once you register a student.   It's almost as if they are blocked.   Anyone else have that issue and have a resolution?

Yahoo takes many mass-generated emails (like from accelaschool.com) and dumps them into the Spam folder on my yahoo account. Outlook likely does the same. The only way I know to allow them is for the user to mark them as "not spam". This is a problem from the receiver email so there is little you can do to my knowledge on the sending side. I don't know if accelaschool has implemented some of the email security features (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) which could help, but I believe accelaschool.com is going away from E-Collect emails in the future if not already gone.
