Wrong snapcode

I am received an error code that stated the snapcode was associated with another family account. the address is my email address but when I log in it does not go to this current year's registration . How do  I fix this issue

@Crystalhampton79   You will need to contact the school district directly. They will be able to assist you with the snapcode error.
