My login apparently didn't come over properly. There was no login associated with my email address so I created a login but don't see any of my cases.
I need help URGENTLY from support as we are going to 4.0 this friday and I've lost all access to my cases.
What do I need to do to get the corrected? I can't even open a new case to get support to help me get this straightened out.

Found that for some reason, my email address got .full appended to the address when things were converted over, I'd guess. In any event, after that was corrected, I was able to get in and see my districts cases again. Thanks.
