What is the difference between "Dropped" vs "Ended" when modify a student schedule?
A user reports that when courses were dropped for one student, the courses say "dropped", but for another student they say "ended". What is the difference?

Dropped means the student dropped the class before it ended. Ended means the enrollment ended. If my Semester 1 goes from 7/1/2024 to 1/26/2025, and I drop a course on 10/10/2024, I dropped the course. If I stay in the class until it ends (in other words, I don't drop it), the enrollment ended.
