Viewing Teacher Grades and Comments in Admin

Hello! I am a fairly new PS admin and with our first grading term coming up I am trying to find a way to view teacher grades/comments for this term to check that everyone has their grades in before storing.

A colleague of mine who has left and who did this last year had some sort of report she would run that would give her a list of sections with each student enrolled and their grade/comments. I remember seeing her looking at this, but I have not been able to find this page/report.

Any help is appreciated!

That sounds custom. There is a Section Readiness Report at System Reports, but it does not show grades/comments. Until you find your custom report, you can have teachers verify grades are ready to be stored using that report.

You can also give yourself the PT Pro view-only security role if you'd like to look at a specific teacher gradebook.

Did you ever sort out the report to check that everyone had their grades in before storing?

If your teachers are using the built-in Section Readiness feature in PT Pro, you can run the Section Readiness report. This is a built-in PS report.

I found the Section Readiness Verification report under my PSCB plugin.  Thank you!

I never found the report I was looking for (it was not the section readiness report). My colleague and I were both told that perhaps it was a custom report. Neither of us believe that to be the case, but it did seem to disappear after we upgraded our PowerSchool version over the summer.

I created an apex report that pulls from teacher gradebooks so I can check which teachers have added grades/comments for a particular reporting term.
