I have an employee who can't view the applicants for her department.
Her account has been set to interview committee member and the department selected.
I updated these changes and had her to refresh her computer and she can't view the applicants.
Her main page has no headings at all.
What steps are needed to fix this?

Sounds like there's a possible user group or permission issue with that particular user.
