I have never used a more primitive grading system. There are to many steps to go through at every turn. Gradespeed is light years ahead of this system. I spend more time troubleshooting, fixing formulaic errors, etc..We are not even allowed to change the semester average using this system.

When saying you can't change the semester average? What exactly do you mean? PTPro's final grade setup allows you do determine how final grades are calculated per grading unit, per semester, etc.

Do you have a specific example of an issue? Maybe I can offer some assistance.

Have a great day!!!

There are settings on the administrative side of PowerSchool that can be locked down to prevent changes to individual gradebooks.  This would include the ability to adjust how averages are calculated.
