Anyone else getting this error when trying to complete Rubrics?

I'm using an up to date version of Safari with an up to date MAC OS.

We would love to assist you in creating rubrics.  Would you please provide the name of the PowerSchool product you would like to have a rubric created to allow PowerSchool and other Community members to further assist?

I've been getting the error intermittently when filling out rubrics in my classes, from PowerSchool.

1) What kind of Rubric are you using (Unified Classroom or Learning)?

2) Would you also provide more specifics as to what task were you trying to complete when you see this error?

I was just trying to fill out an existing rubric in my Learning class. The same message has popped up a few times since the start of the semester in September, in different Learning classes.

Would you please provide us with a screenshot of the page that throws you the following error message "Validation failed: Rubric criterion has already been taken"?

This would help us abundantly to move further with troubleshooting your issue.
