I have just implemented the retrieve username functionality on the University of Pacific website to apply for jobs and it informed me that an email has been sent to retrieve my username. However, I have received no such email. How long should I expect to have to wait for this?

If you are facing difficulty receiving password reset emails and unable to access your account, please contact the Human Resources department of the University who should be able to help you gain access to your applicant account.
