Unable to launch chat support

I was previously able to launch chat support through PowerSchool Community and no longer have access to do so.

Good Day! Thank you for posting in the Community.

 

Certain resources in the Community are limited to Designated Support Contact.

 

If you feel that you should have this access I recommend working with the Designated Support Contacts in your school district.

Hello,

I had access to this feature for months and now I do not.  I am the only person that oversees the operation of PowerSchool at our school so I do not know who else would be the Designated Support person.  Especially since I had access days prior to not having access.  How can I go about making myself that person again?
