Unable to initiate support

Unable to initiate support

I am unable to perform a contact support for chat.  Was trying to get assistance with Enrollment Express / ECollect but get a message : Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource

 

I'm the SIS admin for our district and am responsible for managing these items.  I don't have proper access and need to contact support to get this resolved, but im getting a message that I  dont have access to support either.

I will reach out in private to discuss this further since Community is a public platform and we strive to protect the privacy of our members.  You should be able to access private messages by clicking on the envelop symbol on the top right corner of any Community page.

I am still unable to intiate support via the website and find that some support pages are blocked.  When I try to initiate chat support I get:
