I am unable to perform a contact support for chat. Was trying to get assistance with Enrollment Express / ECollect but get a message : Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource
I'm the SIS admin for our district and am responsible for managing these items. I don't have proper access and need to contact support to get this resolved, but im getting a message that I dont have access to support either.

I am still unable to intiate support via the website and find that some support pages are blocked. When I try to initiate chat support I get:
